From my research of the Patrick and Henry Co. Harris families I find that they constantly intermarried with each other. Nathan and Sarah named their children after other Harris families they were related to. There are plenty James, Milly's, Jonanna, William,etc. I have James Harris records on microfilm that does not name any children but he had them because his neighbors attested that he and Kesiah had raised a family together. I know the name of one Harris female who is listed on early Patrick Co. records and her name appears on early Henry Co. records as well. The name is an unique name and I have never come across the name again in any county or state I have researched in. Until I find someone else who is researching all the other children of Nathan and Sarah I can not rule James Harris out.
