Here is a copy of the 1820 Federal Census for Champaign County, Ohio. Listed as "Free Persons of Color" on what appears to be a self-generated form are 3rd & 4th great-grandfathers, Lewis Adams & Francis Reno.

This form does not appear to be one that would be universal for all counties within the US for the 1820 Census. The line item entries for the Census may be universal & standard, but this form looks "hand drawn" and then perhaps copied.
