As a matter of fact, I am finally going to visit and explore Fairfield county South Carolina this month. I've located John Ellison's son, William's grave and the general area he lived in the Eastern part of the county near Longtown. I'm looking forward to the field trip and wonder how it will be to stand next to the grave of an ancestor who was born in the 1700's.
