Sorry, I should have included the date. I was looking for families that were free during the colonial period, so I just jotted down the information about Letty. However, it was number 2 in the list for 1819-1826, so probably 1819. There is also a list for 1828-1849, but I only checked that to about 1830. Both are on Library of Virginia Westmoreland County microfilm reel #100 which is available on interlibrary loan.
