I think the Letty you suggested is defenetily connected to Felicia in some way...either she is her mother or her mother in law (Thank you for the lead!). I was wondering with the first peice of information you gave me ( not the 1813 taxes)of the free Negroes in Westmoreland...what year was this information taken? From your expertise, how can I connect Letty to Felicia Reed, based on the fact that both names are Reed, same area, both free and Black but I cannot find them in the census at the same time? We know Simon was Letty's son, did they list her other children?
