Not Paul, but I have a question and perhaps a suggestion.

How old is Felicia/Phelicia in 1850? Her age in 1850 could be a clue as to her absence/presence in the 1830 Census as an FPOC Head of Household.

If she was old enough and was a Head of Household she might possibly be found in the book "Negro Heads of Families - 1830" by Carter G. Woodson.
