Josephine Rae Brown of 830 Franklin St, Carlisle, PA died on Sunday, February 1, 2009 in the Sarah Todd Memorial Home, Carlisle. Josephine was the daughter of Pauline Bruce Brown, daughter of William Bruce of Waynesburg Pennsylvania. Josephine was a Brown and she married Charles Leslie Brown. Josephine was a retired librarian from the US Army War College in Carlisle.
