Thanks for the tip, Rodney. While working on my black Canadian Cornish line, it seems all roads lead to VA and MD. Am trying to confirm suspected links between several FPOC Cornishes in MD dating back to the 1840s with my Canadian lines ... perhaps this book will shed some light on the subject. Checking it out from the Oakland Public Library today.
