James, I do not know from where Cullen MANLEY left to go West with the Cherokees, not the Creek. In 1860, he was living with the Creeks in Indian Territory though. At this point, I have no evidence he shared heritage with either tribe, though his association with the Cherokees was much longer and deeper.
