Thanks for the info, Louis. Do you know anything of the surname "Alvarado" among the Chiskiac of York County? These are descendants of the Indian Trader Thomas Hobson who patented Piankatank River land at the Chiskiac town. Hobson was kin to the traders Nathaniel Bass and Peter Knight.
