If you haven't seen this accounting of early MOSS history you might take a look. This is from the Forum Manager, Paul Heinegg's, work on FPOC's prior to the 1820's.

We may well be speaking of two different persons named Littleberry MOSS, but I would not discount anything based on the spelling of Littleberry. There are whole series of Genealogy articles written as to "Why Spelling Don't Count". And even tho' there is a great difference in age between our two Littleberry's further research could possibly explain that disparity.

The birth & death date information I have for Littleberry MOSS (20 Jan 1818) came from the Greene County, Ohio Probate Court Death Record Books. The marriage information came from the Shelby & Champaign County, Ohio Probate Court Marriage Records.
