The information that you have is correct on the family of Marguerite (Slave) and her children. Her son Jean Baptiste (pere) Guillory was my 5th Great-Grandfather, and her son Joséph (José) Guillory was also my 5th Great-Grandfather.

However, I myself am a Guillory descendant. I descend from both sides of the Guillory family tree.

Joséph (pere) Pierrie Grégoire Guillory married Marie Jeanne LaCasse. Their son Joséph (fils) Pierre Grégoire Guillory, born Nov. 5, 1752 married Marie-Claire dit Bellevue Fontenot, born Abt. 1760.

Fontenot, Clair (Joseph dit Bellair & Marie Jeanne Brignac) m. Joseph GUILLORI. In Succ. of Joseph Fontenot dated July 1791. (LSAR: Opel.: 1791).

Augustin dit Fifi Guillory was the son of Joseph Gregoire Guillory and Marie-Claire dit Belaire Fontenot. He married Eugenie Fontenot, the daughter of Jacques Fontenot and Eulalie Doucet. Their was no children born of this union. They were married on Feb. 27, 1821. Eugenie (Fontenot) died Oct. 9, 1842. Doing the math, they were married 21 years and produced no children. My guess is Eugenie probably could not have children.

Augustin Guillory dit Fifi bt. 14 Oct 1782 (Joseph Gregoire Guillory & Clare Fontenot) m. 27 Feb 1821 in Opel Ch., Eugenie Fontenot, b. 20 Nov 1792 (Jacques Fontenot & Eulalie Doucet) d. 9 Oct 1842 - left no descendants. Her Succ.#1031 was filed in Opel. Ct. Hse. Augustin Guillory dit Fifi's Succ. #890 filed in Opel. Ct. Hse.

Augustin sought comfort with a slave girl by the name of Marie Anne Boulard. She is named as the mother of Simon dit Fifi Guillory along with Fifi Guillory.

Marie Anne Boulard was a slave of George Boulard and Marie Jeanne Taillefert.

Bolards, George m. Marijeanne Taillefert June 15, 1779 In Succ. of Mari jeanne Taillefert dated 16 Nov. 1836 (Opel. Ct. Hse.: Succ. #897).

Marie Jeanne Taillefert appears in the 1820 census as Marie Jeanne Bollard.
