Julius Winfield Ellis was either killed by someone else or killed himself in the Merchant's Bank in Muncie, Indiana. Would anyone be able to obtain an newspaper or any other document specifying what happened at the time?

His daughters, Margarette and Larcy Ellis were the first African American women to graduate from Ball State University. I think they graduated in the 1930's. They never were recognized for this.
