I am looking for information on the parents/siblings of Dorothy Byrd Newsom, wife of Henry Newsom of Logan Co., OH.

The immigrated from Northampton Co., NC, in the early 1800's.

Many Byrds settled in the area and even intermarried with the Newsoms. I have scoured Paul Heinegg's account of this family but still have not been able to figure it out.

Any information or clarification on which Byrd line she comes from would be most appreciated.
