Her father was supposed to be William PARKER res=PA,Reading.

Was she related to the MINTON family of PA,Washington-Co ?

Those MINTONs were the subject of a historical novel for children called "Brady" by Jean FRITZ. One of the main characters "Tar" ADAMS was a black man who was based on a real person who was active in the UGRR. He was born in Maryland & according to one census was a gunsmith. He was also a convict at one time.
