....and as you probably know from work and home experience....if you give everyone the same set of instructions, only half of the people will follow them exactly, the rest will kind of do what they want to do to get the job done, especially if no one is looking over their shoulder and they have any amount of autonomy! This has been unchanged since the dawn of time!
