Looking for Evans and Rachel Goins.

In Winnsboro,S.C.I have found a Katie Ellison( My Ggrandmother) mother and fathers were Evans and Fannie Goins. I find that we see a Rachel with Evans in the Winnsboro SC, 1870 census. I think that Fannie was Evans wife when Katie was born and she died before 1870 therefore Evans remarried Fannie and that’s why we see her name instead of Fannie. There children were: Chainey, William, Amanda, Hester (f), James and Herbert. In 1880 I see Rachel is remarried to a Toney Toatley in Winnsboro, SC. The children in 1880 were: William, Herbert, Elizabeth, Alexander, Hester Toatley ( she was a Goins ) in 1880. They were all Goins. There is also an Adam Goins that lives next door.
