Is there a Louisiana researcher on this list researching the surname ADOLF/ADOLPH/ADOLPHE? I am trying to find one Louise ADOLF (she may be my great-great-grandfather's mother). She was listed on the 1870 Federal Census for Orleans Parish, City of New Orleans in the household of Victor LORENZ; my gggrandfather, Armand FORSTALL was in the same household, but there was no category for relationship to the head of the household. I have no other information about Louise or Victor LORENZE, and have not been able to find this family on the 1880 Federal Census for Orleans Parish, City of New Orleans.
