Though I do see all three variations - Steward/Stewart in Loudoun and Stuart in Fauquier - I don't see those 2 first names - if George was born 1879 he would have been free - is this a typo?.

Not all FPOC got documented in the Registers - have you found Arthur in the census of 1860?
