However, Euphemie Lemelle, born Abt. 1820 was the daughter of François Narcisse LeMelle and Euphrasie Brunet.

Euphrasie (Brunet) Lemelle first appears in the 1840 census as head of household. She then appears in the 1850 census, living next to Catherine Lemelle, as the W'd Narcissie Lemelle, age is 40 years old, making her born Abt. 1810.
