Thanks so much, Art. I know we corresponded about my Thomas surnames. Hilda McKenzie was the granddaughter of Jane Thomas whose parents were Augustus and Amanda Thomas Thomas from VA. The family settled in North Union Twp area of Uniontown, Fayette Co., PA before 1850. There were also family members in Washington Co., PA.

I do have additional information on the Payne relatives from Fayette Co.
