Mary Jane Goins is the d/o Wilson Goins & Nancy McCally. She and Walker were married 23 Aug 1848 in Albemarle Co., VA. She died Feb 1873 in Morgan Co., OH. Fawcett-Stone, now Stone-Matheney Funeral home in Chesterhill, OH, was the undertaker. After Mary Jane's death, Walker married Nancy A. (Newman) Croston.

Wilson & Nancy's other children are: Matilda, Jessee (my gg-grandfather), Melatus, Joshua, Horace, Nimrod, Permilia Frances, and Harley.

In addition to Sherman, other children of Walker & Mary Jane are: Killis, Virginia "Ginny", Isaiah, Henrietta, Amanda J., Silas, Matilda, Perley (son), & Lewis Henry.
