I'm looking for information about a woman named Elizabeth Luis Harang,a Mulatto;former Slave; later Free person of color who lived in New Orleans around the time of 1780-1790. Elizabeth's mother was said to have been a slave woman name Madelon, whom she was able to purchased from a person by the name of Louis Alexander Harang in 1783. Madelon was given her freedom three days later by Elizabeth.
