I do believe we are related.I have been researching my family tree for almost two years.After speaking with my grandmother,who is 86 now and my great aunt who is 97,I was able to trace the family back to SC.Job and Abigail Skeeters were from Darlington/Timmonsville S.C.I found them in the 1880 census on Ancestry.com
They had several children.I do believe Mack Skeeters was the grandfather of Lefue.My grandmother told me Mack had a wife named Sherrie,who went to Myrtle beach in the 20's or 30's.My great grand mother was Mary Skeeters,who was Macks baby sister.I have just visited the family church(New Zion Baptist Church #1),which is in Timmonsville SC.I found out that Job Skeeters was the first preacher of the church which was started in 1870.
