I've taken an interest in directories and other data sources for Norfolk Virginia circa 1850-1860. I've seen multiple links and googled pages claiming that an 1859 city directory exists. Yet, when I chase the link, I end up at a page that does not contain the database. Does that directory truly exist? If so, can anyone provide a true URL? Thanks.
