My name is Allen L. Lee. Several of us have been busy on the African-Native American Forum trying to trace the life of a man named Ezekiel Cole Anderon 1791?-1851. I have been investigating the Buncombe County, NC, family of John Charles Cole and Cuzzie Anderson and a child of theirs named Ezekiel Cole. This family has a story which alludes to a Trail of Tears event which separated their children who were then adopted by local farmers near Saylersville,Kentucky.
