William Stewart travelled with is family from Northampton County, North Carolina, to Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, in 1814. He made his Revolutionary War pension application there in 1835. Nancy Scott, who travelled with the family from Northampton County, testified on his behalf [National Archives film M805-773, frame 400].
