Thank you very very much for checking. Eliza would have been Stewart until she married in 1845ish in Cincinnati, Ohio when she became Triplett. The Triplett she married came from Kentucky. She alternately is listed in the census as Mulatto, colored, black and once as white just depending on the census taker.
She was born about 1823 in Vriginia but her death cert. does not have her parents listed so that is a dead end to me. Again many thanks for checking. Roxanne
