Most of the North Carolina ones are on microfilm included with the County Court Minutes. Last year, I found the Halifax County Free Negro Registry for the years covering about 1847-1860 in the Court minutes, and I transcribed and posted them online. I don't think it was mentioned in the microfilm inventory as being included on the reel, but it was an added bonus as far as I'm concerned.
