I added the file to my site and with Nicole's permission added her information from Sussex County. Anyone who would like to contribute can either post the information to the site or send directly to my email address and I will cut and paste it into the file.

I thought it convenient to arrange the entries chronologically by county.

As Nicole has done, it would be an extra advantage if we can find out what happened to those who were emancipated. Perhaps add their free Negro registers when possible.
