I still haven't come across any more info on my Goins line while they were in VA, but I know they were in the Carolinas for awhile then into Mississippi while they were trading with the Choctaws and Chickasaws..and according to info I received from a cousin, the Goins married into the Gibsons at some point before or while they were in MS, as they were traveling together along with several other mixedblood families since leaving VA...I will send you the title page of the book she got the info from...you might be able to get it thru your library..It has quite a few references to the Goins/Goens, Gibsons and others..
