Here is the Puzzle that I Have....
In the 1900 Census, Heritage Quest, BELL (CHINN) REDWIN is living with my grandmother and her parents JAMES CLARK and DELILA CHINN Clark from Virginia.

She is listed as the sister - in - law of JAMES CLARK and she was the sister of DELILA CHINN CLARK.

Listed below Bell "REDWIN" is a child, May/Mary?,born in 1898. The child is listed with a _______ ( indicating that she has the same last name as BELL.}

May/Mary ___________ is listed as the niece of the head of Household.

When I did a search of IGI at Family Search months ago, I saw...
" Bell CHINN married FRANK REDMON April 25, 1887 in Pittsburgh, PA."

In the 1900 Census in PLUM PA I found FRED/not Frank REDMAN, living with wife SARAH, born in Canada, and their children Nera D. 9, Fred 8, Lilly 6 and MAY, born APRIL 1898.

In 1910 Census I found FRED F. REDMAN livig witn his family and a child MARMIL "MARY?" that is 11, same age as "Mary."

I don't know if FRANK had a brother named FRED or what the story is but I do know that BELL CHINN "REDWIN" was the sister of DELILA CLARK and that she came to live with them in Pittsburgh from Rappahannock VA.

I do also know that by 1910 BELL CHINN married a JOHN CARPENTER and they were married for a number of years.

I would love to solve the mystery but that is what I know as of now.
