I'm from Baltimore but wasn't there when Charles was there.

I'm sure you have all this but just in case...

On Heritage Quest 1860 I see a 24 year old Charles Jones in Prince George Maryland and another that is 26 living in Baltimore, there is a Theresa Jones 20, living near by that Charles.

Sure you saw the one in 1900, living in Washington DC M, B, born in MD and he is 63 years.

Saw another living in LA - 59 and one in Baltimore 65

If I see anything that fits I'll let you know.
