Douglas, Thank you for your responce! I hope I can get this correct! I have very little on my Mary Molly Goins. I have been looking into the American Indian in my line. This is on my mother's side. For me and Molly I start out with my 6th generation grandfather Samuel Delaney Lett. Samuel took the name of his stepfather Zachariah Lett he married a Henrietta Delaney. Samuel Delaney Lett married Jemima Banneker. (The sister to Benjamin Banneker and daughter of (Mary Walsh-Banneker) One of Samuel and Jemima's children was my Meshach Lett that married Mary Mollie Goins. The little info I have here is: Meshach Lett married 1, Rosannah Cummings(she I understand was American Indian as well. At least 1/2.) 2, he married Susan Stewart, 3, Ameliz Wallace and 4, Mary Mollie Goins. And that is about all I have for my Mary. From there my 5th generation is Joseph Cummings his son John married a Susanna Lett. One of their children was Abraham Cummings my gg-gr-father. Abraham had a daughter Rebecca that was my g-gr-mother and then her daughter was Lennie my grandmother and then my mother and myself. I hope this can help.
