If so, I can put you in touch with one of his descendants who is researching that family. Also in Washngton, PA were Withers, Laura, and Leah Dillard. Withers Dillard was the husband of my grandmother. Laura married a Henderson, and Leah married (1) a Johnson and (2) Mr. Dyer.
