Checked 1840 census online also, most of my notes from years ago are packed away. "Our" Lewis Williams heads a Fayetteville, NC household of 10 FPOC: 5 males 10 - 23, 1 male 36 - 54, 3 females under 10, 1 female 36-54. Sophia Smith is in Fayetteville, NC in 1840: 1 white male, 4 white females, 1 female FPOC, 30 enslaved males, 21 enslaved females---total 57!
