Hi,
In point of fact, my PANGBURN relatives were living in Allegheny County in 1830 and were all listed in the Census as FPOC. However, I have been given to understand that they do not appear in Woodson's book, so, apparently, there were other reasons for omission or other kinds of errors. Oh, well.
