Hello! I'm looking for former slaves or free people of North Carolina with the surname of Shade.In particularI'm searching for an Andy Shade with a son named William living in possibly Burke,Avery,Mitchell,Bunscombe or Yancy counties in North Carolina.William was born about 1853.Any info would be appreciated.
