I saw your posting about the Belmont Co. FPOC registration list you found,and I would like to ask you to check these names for me if you would:

Richard and Susan Hannah, married, entered OH between 1840 and 1850. In the 1850 census they are living in Belmont Co.

By the way, FHL has a film called "Record of blacks and mulattoes, 1809-1854" -- call number 1445771. This film has several duplicate pages and is missing what seems to be a large number of pages, but still may be of use.
