It has been awhile since you ahve posted your message. I have begun doing research and have a number of relatives from Prince Edward Co. The surnames I am researching are Hines, Rice, and Pigrom (Pegrom, Pegram??). I have also been trying to gather general information about the county. THis side of the family seemed to have owned property. Thanks for your help.
