Looking for surname Anica Samuels wondering if she was a FPOC in South Carolina. Not sure of what county. Can't seem to find any other information, except 1900 census in Augusta,Richmond County, Georgia, where its stated born in South Carolina. Can't locate her prior to 1900 or thereafter.
