Seeking info on Lorenzo Green & Mary Green of Hardy Twp,Isle of Wight County,Va circa 1860.Both were classified as mulatto. He was a farmer.I've been unable to identify who his parents were, Mary is also a mystery.It is said she was actually white,last name(maiden) was Delk and she was given to her caretaker(s) to rear.My grandmother-who is 95-has always said Lorenzo was native American/white . Any help would be much appreciated.Thanks
