I am looking for information on Charles Taylor and Frances (Woodson) Taylor. Charles and Frances are listed on the 1870 Powhatan County, VA. Census with their children Lucy and Manda, & residing with Albert & Jane Bolling. Frances was born around 1848, supposedly in Southampton, VA. Charles & Frances later moved to Amelia, Va.
