On the name surname of James, Elvira Randolph married a James from Richmond Va. Elvira is my mother-in-law's cousin.(her father was Benjamin Randolph) Elvira's husband worked in the Philadelphia School District before his retirement and death; but as for land or anything else I do not know much about him , only that his nickname was "Hat".
