In answer to your question, Your William Maurice Randolph born in Virgina, ca 1866. Was he born in Goochland county? I noticed on the Historical Census Browser there were FPOC's in Goochland county as early as 1820. Were William's parents/grnadparents FPOC's in Goochland county? the answer is I think so !
