I have a collateral ancestor that married a Revels. Ishmael Roberts married Delany Revels (this is one of the Ishmael Roberts--smile), I wonder if there is a connection there?

I also know that some of the other FPOC families that the Roberts joined with in marriage were: Stewart, Archer, Locklear (although I know next to nothing about the Locklear line) and Newsome. There are other names, but I am not sure if they were FPOC. I stongly suspect they were as it seems they tended to marry other FPOC.

Oh, while going through some notes, I noticed that another collateral ancestor, Benjamin Roberts married a lady by the name of Mary Ann Chavis--does that ring any bells?
