You have to check both the Princess Anne County and the Norfolk County. If I were you I would contact the Norfolk Public Library, Princess Anne County (Chesapeake), and the State Archives (Richmond), I have seen it in all three places.

I'll check my notes, but it has been over 20-years since I used it. Also Paul's book is incomplete.
