If you can give me a couple of days, I will search my records. I'm not certain if Heinegg's book meant Norfolk County or Norfolk Borough/City. Norfolk county's free register survives. I have a photocopy of it, but no name index. Norfolk Borough/city's register, if ever there was one, hasn't survived. I have however, abstracted several registers and am compiling these into a publication. I've been on the road on weekends collecting other records, and have gotten away from this particular project at the moment. However, I will be home this weekend and will search for Daniel Watts for you. The name sounds familiar, but I can't tell exactly where I've seen it.
