A researcher down in WV, Susan McCabe, sent me material from the Frederick area. I have written the archives there for permission to post some of the information, re: certificates of freedom and FPOC marriages, because that info is in an unpublished paper.

Susan included an emancipation document for: GLOUSTER and wife NANCY, emancipated 27 May 1812, Frederick County, by John Clark. Court approved, 1 June 1812.

If anybody has a family connection, and doesn't have a copy of this document, I can send you the one I have.
