Yes, I'm researching the Hill family of Overton County, Tennessee. Joshua Hill--according to Eastern Cherokee files (Guion Miller Roll) was the son of Milly and Ezekiel Hill.

Joshua is the gr gr great grandfather of my wife. I've been able to trace Joshua from 1840 Tennesse to 1870 Fort Scott, Kansas.

Most of the county info from Overton was destroyed in a fire, and I didn't find much when I visited to archives in Nashville, TN last summer.

Any leads are greatly appreciated.
